Before photography became my full-time career, I spent more than 15 years working in sales.
So when I talk about sales calls, understanding your client, asking better questions, communicating value, and confidently asking someone to invest—I’m not repeating something I heard on a podcast.
I’ve been doing it for a long time.
Then I took those skills and built a photography business around the kind of work and people I actually wanted.
I’ve learned how to market to a specific client, create an experience people want to pay for, build destination-focused offers, use SEO and Google to bring people into my business, and turn inquiries into real bookings without pretending to be someone I’m not.
And I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way.
That part matters too.
Your business shouldn’t look exactly like mine.
I’m not going to tell you there’s one perfect pricing structure, one magic sales script, or one Instagram strategy standing between you and success.
Who you want to work with.
What you actually want to photograph.
What you need to earn.
Where your leads are coming from.
Why people are—or aren’t—booking.
And what needs to change to get you closer to the business you actually want.
Sometimes that means tweaking a sales call.
Sometimes it means realizing your website is talking to the wrong person.
Sometimes it means changing your pricing.
And sometimes it means stopping the five things you’ve been convinced you *should* be doing so you can put your energy into the one thing that’s actually working.
You can come to me with a messy website.
An awkward sales process.
Pricing your second-guessing.
A portfolio that doesn’t quite match where you want to go.
A pile of ideas you don’t know how to prioritize.
That’s okay.
It’s about having a place where you can ask the questions, look at the numbers, try something different, and get support while you figure the shit out.
I’ll challenge you when I think you’re playing small.
I’ll tell you when I think something isn’t working.
And I’ll also help you recognize the parts of your business that are already stronger than you realize.
The goal is confidence—not because somebody handed you a script, but because you actually understand your business.
Every month, you’ll have three private one-on-one strategy meeting with me.
You’ll also have access to bi-weekly live group education and Q+A sessions with the other photographers currently inside the program.
Between meetings, we’ll stay connected through Slack so you can ask questions, troubleshoot ideas, share wins, and keep moving.
As the program grows, mentees will also receive access to a web-based educational library with additional resources and training.
Enrollment is limited to 10 active mentees so this still feels like actual mentorship.
Not another online course where nobody remembers your name.
Sales intensive
$1500 or 3 monthly payments of $600
You don’t need to become pushy to get better at sales.
You need to know who you’re talking to, what your couples actually want, and how to confidently explain why your experience is worth paying for.
This three-month mentorship is built for photographers who want to get better at turning the right inquiries into booked clients.
Over three monthly one-on-one calls, we’ll dig into your existing sales process and figure out where potential clients are disconnecting.
We’ll work on:
Identifying and targeting your ideal client
Creating stronger inquiry and qualifying questions
Understanding what clients actually need to hear before they book
Leading a sales call without sounding scripted
Talking about pricing confidently
Handling hesitation and objections
Selling the experience behind your brand—not just hours and deliverables
Creating better follow-up
And recognizing when someone simply isn’t your client
We’ll look at your actual inquiry process, sales calls, messaging, and client experience so we can make changes that fit **your** business.
The goal isn’t to turn you into a salesperson.
It’s to make you so clear and confident about what you offer that selling stops feeling like the scary part.
3 months. 9 private strategy calls.
Not every photographer needs the same kind of support.
Some need help rebuilding the whole business.
Some need accountability, marketing strategy, better systems, and someone in their corner for six months or a year.
And some are getting inquiries—but the sales process is where everything starts falling apart.
So there are a few ways we can work together.
$450/month, $2,700 total
For photographers who want support beyond sales.
Over six months, we’ll look at the bigger picture of your business—from marketing and lead generation to pricing, client experience, website strategy, SEO, portfolio development, and the systems holding everything together.
You’ll receive:
One private one-on-one strategy meeting each month
Weekly live group education + Q+A
Slack access between meetings
Business strategy and accountability
Access to growing educational resources
This is a good fit if you know several areas of your business need attention and you want enough time to make changes, test them, and see what actually works.
$500/month, $6,000 total
For photographers who want longer-term support through an entire year of business.
We’ll have time to make strategic changes, watch the results, adjust when something isn’t working, and keep building instead of jumping from one new idea to another every few weeks.
You’ll receive the same private calls, weekly group education, Slack support, and resources as the six-month program—with a full year to actually put everything into practice.
This is especially helpful if you’re:
Working toward going full-time
Transitioning from traditional weddings into elopements
Building a new market
Strengthening your marketing
Increasing your average booking
Or trying to create a business that feels more intentional and sustainable
If your biggest problem is **sales calls and converting inquiries**, start with the three-month Sales Intensive.
If you need help across several parts of your business, the six-month mentorship gives us room to dig deeper.
And if you want long-term strategy, accountability, and support while your business evolves, the twelve-month mentorship gives us the most runway.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong.
Figuring that out is part of the work.
Workshop attendees receive 50% of their first month of mentorship.
Because sometimes a few days together is just the beginning.
I want you to build yours.
Your version of success doesn’t have to look like mine.
Maybe you want to go full-time.
Maybe you want fewer traditional weddings.
Maybe you want to move into elopements.
Maybe you want to finally understand why people inquire but don’t book.
Maybe you know you’re capable of more, but you need somebody helping you figure out what the next move actually is.
It’s to help you understand your own business well enough to make smarter decisions about where you’re going next.
Come photograph.
Come learn.
Come ask questions.
Come eat dinner with us.
Come make mistakes.
Come make friends.
Come figure out the places you actually want to work.
And leave with more direction than you had when you arrived.
